Akira Nogami(1909-1967) who writes the lyric of this tune
Tokushima prefecture with Tokushima city origin, from the
old seventh high school advancing in Tokyo University
literature couse, being transferred to the Kyoto University
law couse, in 1933 leaving school and the chief editor of
the Go magazine, after the war, he promoted art avant-garde
entering the creation activity of poem, the novel, the fairy
